Reflection, not diagnosis
Bracelet, manual and authorized health records are for everyday reflection. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment plans or medical devices. Missing, delayed or different sources can affect what is shown.
AI is artificial intelligence
Companion replies and suggestions are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Do not rely on them alone for medical, mental-health or other important decisions.
Permissions serve separate purposes
Local Apple Health access, account sync, AI reference and write-back are different purposes. Using one feature does not authorize all of them. Available controls depend on the client and service state.
Seek real-world help in an emergency
For severe symptoms, risk of harm to yourself or others, or another emergency, contact local emergency services, a qualified professional or a trusted person nearby. The app and service email do not provide real-time emergency response or continuous safety monitoring.
Ask questions
Email questions about AI content, data use or these boundaries. Mark personal-information rights requests as “Privacy request”, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
